Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of TeachTech. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Services
TeachTech offers online tutoring services in various subjects. The exact scope, duration, and other specifics of these services will be detailed during selection and purchase.
User Registration
To access certain features, users must register for an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Payments
For now, the use of TeachTech is free. You must pay your tutor's fees for tutoring services. Please note that all payments for sessions must be arranged directly between students and tutors. TeachTech does not process payments at this stage. Tutors are responsible for providing their payment details to students, and students are responsible for making timely payments as agreed. For any questions or disputes regarding payments, please refer to our dispute resolution policy.
Absences
We value the commitment of our students and tutors to their scheduled sessions. Although we currently don't have a formal policy regarding unexcused absences, we strongly encourage all users to communicate promptly and effectively if they cannot attend a session. Continuous improvement is part of our platform's philosophy, and we may implement more specific policies regarding session attendance based on user feedback and platform usage trends.
Code of Conduct
Users agree to act with respect and professionalism when using our platform. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or other disruptive actions, may result in account suspension or termination.
